- CHEST girth : Place the measuring tape around the child's torso, leaving enough room for a finger to fit between the measuring tape and the child. You should add 1 centimeter to this measurement for every three months remaining until the event or photos.

WAIST : Place the measuring tape around the body two fingers above the navel, leaving enough room for a finger to fit between the measuring tape and the child. You must add 1 centimetre to this measurement for every three months remaining until the communion, event or photos.

TOTAL LENGTH : Measure from the base of the neck to the floor, in front and with shoes on. To this measurement you must add 1 centimetre for every two months remaining until the communion or event.

Our customers can always pick up their online orders in store, free of charge, during opening hours . However, when this is not possible, they can choose the home delivery option, the conditions of which are indicated below:
MESSAGING SERVICE
Our company is committed to the guarantee of the Correos group, and for this reason we have selected Correos Express , the parcel delivery company that has the largest transport network in Spain and is the only one with 100% of its own offices and branches, to make our deliveries to Correos.
DELIVERY TIMES
Usual delivery times are 2 to 4 business days, Monday to Friday (Except weekends and holidays)
It is very important that the contact details and the shipping address are complete and correct, otherwise the courier company may reship the order with the corresponding surcharge, which we will have to pass on to the customer.
Our shipments are always certified. We always provide the tracking number for the shipment, so that its status and delivery process can be checked at all times.
SHIPPING COSTS
Calculated for envelopes and packages weighing up to 2kg.
– Iberian Peninsula (Spain and Portugal) : €9.00 ( FREE on orders over €90.00).
– Balearic Islands : €18.00 ( FREE for orders over €180.00).
– Ceuta and Melilla : €20.00 ( FREE for orders over €200.00).
– Canary Islands : €25.00 ( FREE for orders over €250.00).*This amount may be increased by import clearance costs.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship internationally to all countries in the world, and we assess the shipping cost in each case, depending on the method the customer wants (who can even ask us to insure the merchandise) and the country of destination.
Tariffs applied by the customs of each country are not included and will always be the responsibility of the customer.
For this type of shipment we also collaborate with UPS (United Parcel Service, Inc.), a transport company of recognized international prestige.
For this type of international or other special shipments, please contact us for the costs and conditions by email at info@memiman.com , which will be calculated depending on the destination and the weight and/or volume of the package. If you are interested, you will have to contact us so that we can process your order.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
You can EXCHANGE an item purchased in our online store for another available size or colour of the same model, within a maximum period of 30 calendar days from the date of purchase, provided that it has not been used or manipulated, or is in poor condition, and has its original labelling and packaging. If you prefer an exchange for a different item, you must request a RETURN and make a new purchase.
In these cases you must write to us at pedidos@memiman.com, clearly indicating your order number and date, and the description of the item or items purchased that you want to exchange, and for which one(s), or if you request a RETURN. We will contact you as soon as possible to tell you the steps to follow. Please note that the shipping costs for EXCHANGE or RETURN will be borne by the customer, provided that the reason for said return is not the responsibility of memiman fashion kids, sl.
You can also bring the item to our memiman boutique, in the conditions indicated above, with the purchase receipt in paper or electronic format, to make an EXCHANGE or RETURN IN PERSON, in which case there will be no charge.
In the case of RETURNS, the refund will be made using the same payment method that you used for your ONLINE PURCHASE.
You will receive confirmation of the return by email once it has been made.
IMPORTANT : Please note that no changes or returns are accepted for items or garments for baptism, ceremony, communion, personalized items, underwear, hosiery, hair accessories, or any item ordered without prior stock, or that is expressly indicated in its product description.

How can I benefit from this discount?
Presenting in our boutique the official document that proves that you are a large family, or the “Plan + Family" card from the Spanish Federation of Large Families (FEFN).
To make the discount online, you must previously send us a copy, by email (pedidos@memiman.com) or WhatsApp (+34 679 694 905), of one of these documents, and we will provide you with a discount code valid for a single use. that you must enter in the purchasing process. Remember that to benefit from this discount, both the buyer and recipient, and the holder of the payment card, must match one of the heads of the family reflected in the documents provided.
