Shipping policy

Our customers can always collect their online orders free of charge from our store during opening hours. However, when this is not possible, they may choose home delivery using our courier service, subject to the terms and conditions set out below:

COURIER SERVICE

A) DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

memiman relies on the guarantee and reliability of leading courier companies such as SEUR, Correos, Correos Express and UPS for our domestic deliveries. These companies operate some of the largest transport networks in Spain, with Correos being the only one with 100% of its offices and branches directly operated by the company.


DELIVERY TIMES

Standard delivery times are usually 2 to 3 working days, Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays), calculated from the time the goods are ready for dispatch, as certain products may, for various reasons, not be immediately available. In such cases, the customer will be duly informed.

Customers may also select the Express Service (next working day), subject to the same conditions stated above.

It is very important that the contact details and delivery address provided are complete and correct. Otherwise, the courier company may have to arrange a new delivery and apply the corresponding surcharge, which will have to be passed on to the customer.

All our shipments include a tracking number, allowing customers to check the status and delivery progress of their order at any time through the official websites of the relevant courier companies. Tracking information is automatically provided to our customers.

SHIPPING COSTS

– Mainland Spain: €4.00 (FREE for orders of €40.00 or more). €12.00 for Express Service (up to 2 kg).

– Balearic Islands: €8.00 (FREE for orders of €80.00 or more).

– Ceuta and Melilla: €10.00 (FREE for orders of €100.00 or more).

– Canary Islands: €12.00 (FREE for orders of €120.00 or more).
*This amount may be increased by any applicable import customs clearance charges.

These costs are calculated for standard envelopes and parcels weighing up to 2 kg. If the dimensions or weight of the shipment result in a higher cost, the customer will be informed and will be required to pay the difference before the order is dispatched.

B) INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We also provide international shipping to countries worldwide, calculating the shipping cost on a case-by-case basis according to the weight and volume of the parcel, the delivery option selected by the customer (who may also request insurance for the goods), and the destination country.

Any customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the customs authorities of the destination country are not included and shall always be borne by the customer.

International shipments are handled by UPS (United Parcel Service, Inc.), an internationally recognised courier company with an extensive network covering almost every country worldwide.

We have established standard rates for orders weighing no more than 2 kg, with two delivery options:

UPS Expedited – for less urgent shipments.
UPS Express Saver – for more urgent shipments.

The applicable shipping cost is calculated automatically in the online store shopping cart once the destination address has been entered.
