Collection: The Home of the Fil

La Llar del Fil is a company founded in 1957. Three generations have worked in the artisanal production of petticoats, underskirts and traditional lingerie.
At the beginning they were dedicated to the making of communion dresses and petticoats, but little by little they grew and became better known in the Fallas world for the petticoats for Valencian dresses, and little by little the balance was increasingly oriented towards clothing.

They are manufacturers of petticoats and underskirts, but perhaps it is in traditional lingerie where they put all their effort and capabilities, to offer collections that stand out in design, beauty and quality year after year.

Their workshop was once located in the same building as the family home, so grandparents, children and grandchildren practically lived alongside the seamstresses and workshop staff. They had a fabric and communion shop, while in the basement, the seamstresses sewed the orders.

About a decade ago they expanded the workshop and ended up moving to the current location. Due to the need for space for pattern making, exhibition, workshop, offices and warehouse, they found a place that could not be more in line with their philosophy,
a Valencian ball trinquet, in Tavernes de la Valldigna (Valencia).
