Collection: The Home of the Fil

La Llar del Fil is a company founded in 1957. Three generations have worked on the handmade production of crinolines, petticoats, and traditional lingerie.
Initially, they focused on making communion dresses and crinolines, but gradually they grew and became more well-known in the "fallero" community for crinolines for Valencian dresses, and little by little, the balance shifted more towards traditional clothing.

They are manufacturers of crinolines and petticoats, but perhaps it is in traditional lingerie where they put all their effort and capabilities, to offer collections year after year that stand out in design, beauty, and quality.

Their workshop was once located in the same building as the family home, so grandparents, children, and grandchildren practically lived with the seamstresses and workshop staff. They had a fabric and communion store, while in the basement, the seamstresses sewed orders.

About a decade ago, they expanded the workshop and eventually moved to their current location. Due to the need for space for pattern making, display, workshop, offices, and warehouse, they found a place that couldn't be more aligned with their philosophy:
a Valencian pelota "trinquet" in Tavernes de la Valldigna (Valencia).
