In-store return within 30 days, home pick-up
You can EXCHANGE an item purchased in our online store for another available size or colour of the same model, within a maximum period of 30 calendar days from the date of purchase, provided that it has not been used or manipulated, or is in poor condition, and has its original labelling and packaging. If you prefer an exchange for a different item, you must request a RETURN and make a new purchase.
In these cases you must write to us at pedidos@memiman.com , clearly indicating your order number and date, and the description of the item or items purchased that you want to exchange, and for which one(s), or if you request a RETURN. We will contact you as soon as possible to tell you the steps to follow. Please note that the shipping costs for EXCHANGE or RETURN will be borne by the customer, provided that the reason for said return is not the responsibility of memiman fashion kids, sl.
You can also bring the item to our memiman boutique, in the conditions indicated above, with the purchase receipt in paper or electronic format, to make an EXCHANGE or RETURN IN PERSON, in which case there will be no charge.
In the case of RETURNS, the refund will be made using the same payment method that you used for your ONLINE PURCHASE.
You will receive confirmation of the return by email once it has been made.
IMPORTANT : Please note that changes or returns are not accepted for items or garments for baptism, ceremony, communion, personalized items, underwear, hosiery, hair accessories, or any item ordered without prior stock.
