Shipping, exchanges and returns

Our customers can always pick up their online orders in-store free of charge during opening hours . However, when this isn't possible, they can choose home delivery with our courier service, the conditions of which are as follows:


Courier Service

A) NATIONAL SHIPMENTS :

memiman relies on the guarantee of prestigious transport companies, such as SEUR , Correos , and Correos Express, to carry out our national shipments, since these companies have the largest transport networks in Spain, with Correos being the only one with 100% of its own offices and branches.

DELIVERY TIMES

Normal delivery times are 2 to 3 business days , Monday through Friday (excluding weekends and holidays), always counting from the time the merchandise is ready for shipment. Due to various circumstances, some products may not be immediately available. In this case, the customer will be duly informed.

You can also choose Correos Express Express Service (next business day), under the same conditions as above.

It's very important that your contact information and shipping address are complete and correct. Otherwise, the courier company may resend the order with a corresponding surcharge, which we will have to pass on to the customer.

Our shipments always include a tracking number, so you can check their status and delivery progress at any time on the shipping companies' official websites. These numbers are automatically provided to our customers.


SHIPPING COSTS

Iberian Peninsula (Spain and Portugal) : €4.00 ( FREE on orders over €60.00 ). €12.00 for Express Service (up to 2kg) .

Balearic Islands : €8.00 ( FREE on orders over €80.00 ).

Ceuta and Melilla : €10.00 ( FREE on orders over €100.00 ).

Canary Islands : €12.00 ( FREE on orders over €120.00 ).*This amount may be increased by import clearance costs.

These costs are calculated for standard envelopes and packages weighing up to 2 kg. If the dimensions or weight would result in a higher cost, the customer will be informed and must pay the difference before shipping.


B) INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS :

We also ship internationally to all countries around the world, assessing the shipping cost in each case based on the weight and volume of the package and the shipping method preferred by the customer (who can even request insurance for the merchandise), all depending on the destination country.

Customs duties in each country are not included and will always be the customer's responsibility.

We ship internationally with UPS ( United Parcel Service, Inc. ), a renowned international shipping company with a broad commercial network covering almost every country.

We have standard prices for orders weighing less than 2 kg. We offer two shipping options: UPS Expedited (for less urgent shipments) and UPS Express Saver (for more urgent shipments). These prices are automatically calculated in the online store's shopping cart when you enter the destination address.

You can exchange an item purchased in our online store for another available size or color of the same model within a maximum of 30 calendar days from the date of purchase, provided it has not been used, tampered with, or is in poor condition, and has its original labeling and packaging. If you prefer to exchange it for a different item, you must request a RETURN and make a new purchase.

In these cases, you must write to us at pedidos@memiman.com , clearly stating your order number and date, and a description of the item(s) purchased that you wish to exchange, and for which one(s). Alternatively, if you are requesting a RETURN, we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of the steps to follow. Please note that shipping costs for EXCHANGE or RETURN will be borne by the customer, provided that the reason for the return is not the responsibility of memiman fashion kids, sl.

You can also bring the item to our memiman boutique, in the conditions indicated above, with the purchase receipt in paper or electronic format, to make an EXCHANGE or RETURN IN PERSON, in which case there will be no charge.

In the case of RETURNS, the refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for your ONLINE PURCHASE.

You will receive confirmation of the return by email once it has been processed.

IMPORTANT : Please note that exchanges and returns are not accepted for items or garments for weddings, baptisms, ceremonies, communions, personalized items, underwear, hosiery, hair accessories, or any items ordered without prior stock.
