Shipping, exchanges and returns

Our customers can always collect their online orders in-store, free of charge, during opening hours. However, if this is not possible, they can choose the home delivery option with our courier service, the conditions of which are detailed below:


COURIER SERVICE

A) NATIONAL SHIPMENTS:

memiman relies on the guarantee of renowned transport companies, such as SEUR, Correos, and Correos Express for our national shipments, as these companies have the largest transport networks in Spain, with Correos being the only one with 100% owned offices and delegations.

DELIVERY TIMES

Normal delivery times are 2 to 3 working days, Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and holidays), always counting from when the merchandise is ready for shipment, as there may be products that, due to various circumstances, do not have immediate availability. In this case, the customer will be duly informed.

You can also choose Correos Express's Express Service (next working day), under the same conditions as above.

It is very important that the contact details and shipping address are complete and correct, otherwise, the courier company may charge us for a reshipment, which we will have to pass on to the customer.

Our shipments always have a tracking number, so that their status and delivery process can be checked at all times on the official websites of the transport companies, which are automatically provided to our customers.


SHIPPING COSTS

Iberian Peninsula (Spain and Portugal): €4.00 (FREE on orders over €60.00). €12.00 for Express Service (up to 2Kg).

Balearic Islands: €8.00 (FREE on orders over €80.00).

Ceuta and Melilla: €10.00 (FREE on orders over €100.00).

Canary Islands: €12.00 (FREE on orders over €120.00).*This amount may be increased by import customs clearance fees.

These costs are calculated for standard envelopes and packages up to 2Kg in weight. If the dimensions or weight incur a higher cost, the customer will be informed and must cover the difference before shipment.


B) INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS:

We also ship internationally to all countries in the world, assessing the shipping cost in each case, based on the weight and volume of the package and the customer's desired modality (who can even request that we insure the merchandise), all according to the destination country.

Customs duties applied in each country are not included and will always be at the customer's expense.

International shipments are made with UPS (United Parcel Service, Inc.), a transport company of recognized international prestige, with a wide commercial network covering almost all countries.

We have established standard prices for orders not exceeding 2Kg in weight, with two shipping modalities: UPS Expedited (for less urgent shipments) and UPS Express Saver (for more urgent shipments), which are automatically calculated in the online store's shopping cart when entering the destination address.

You can EXCHANGE an item purchased in our online store for another available size or color of the same model, within a maximum period of 30 calendar days from the date of purchase, provided that it has not been used or tampered with, or is in poor condition, and has its original tags and packaging. If you prefer to exchange it for a different item, you must request a RETURN and make a new purchase.

In these cases, you must write to us at pedidos@memiman.com, clearly indicating your order number and date, and the description of the item(s) purchased that you wish to exchange, and for which item(s), or if you are requesting a RETURN, we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of the steps to follow. Please note that transportation costs for EXCHANGES or RETURNS will be borne by the customer, unless the reason for said return is the responsibility of memiman fashion kids, s.l.

You can also bring the item to our memiman boutique, under the aforementioned conditions, with the purchase receipt in paper or electronic format, to make an IN-PERSON EXCHANGE or RETURN, in which case there will be no cost.

In the case of RETURNS, the refund will be made using the same payment method you used for your ONLINE PURCHASE.

You will receive confirmation of the return by email once it has been processed.

IMPORTANT: Please note that exchanges or returns of communion, christening, ceremony, or custom-made items, underwear, hosiery, hair accessories, or any item ordered without prior stock are not accepted.
