Our company is committed to the guarantee of the Correos group, and for this reason we have selected Correos Express , the parcel delivery company that has the largest transport network in Spain and is the only one with 100% of its own offices and branches, to make our deliveries to Correos.
DELIVERY TIMES
Usual delivery times are 2 to 4 business days, Monday to Friday (Except weekends and holidays)
It is very important that the contact details and the shipping address are complete and correct, otherwise the courier company may reship the order with the corresponding surcharge, which we will have to pass on to the customer.
Our shipments are always certified. We always provide the tracking number for the shipment, so that its status and delivery process can be checked at all times.

Calculated for envelopes and packages weighing up to 2kg.
– Iberian Peninsula (Spain and Portugal) : €9.00 ( FREE on orders over €90.00).
– Balearic Islands : €18.00 ( FREE for orders over €180.00).
– Ceuta and Melilla : €20.00 ( FREE for orders over €200.00).
– Canary Islands : €25.00 ( FREE for orders over €250.00).*This amount may be increased by import clearance costs.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship internationally to all countries in the world, and we assess the shipping cost in each case, depending on the method the customer wants (who can even ask us to insure the merchandise) and the country of destination.
Tariffs applied by the customs of each country are not included and will always be the responsibility of the customer.
For this type of shipment we also collaborate with UPS (United Parcel Service, Inc.), a transport company of recognized international prestige.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
You can EXCHANGE an item purchased in our online store for another available size or colour of the same model, within a maximum period of 30 calendar days from the date of purchase, provided that it has not been used or manipulated, or is in poor condition, and has its original labelling and packaging. If you prefer an exchange for a different item, you must request a RETURN and make a new purchase.
In these cases you must write to us at pedidos@memiman.com, clearly indicating your order number and date, and the description of the item or items purchased that you want to exchange, and for which one(s), or if you request a RETURN. We will contact you as soon as possible to tell you the steps to follow. Please note that the shipping costs for EXCHANGE or RETURN will be borne by the customer, provided that the reason for said return is not the responsibility of memiman fashion kids, sl.
You can also bring the item to our memiman boutique, in the conditions indicated above, with the purchase receipt in paper or electronic format, to make an EXCHANGE or RETURN IN PERSON, in which case there will be no charge.
In the case of RETURNS, the refund will be made using the same payment method that you used for your ONLINE PURCHASE.
You will receive confirmation of the return by email once it has been made.
IMPORTANT : Please note that no changes or returns are accepted for items or garments for baptism, ceremony, communion, personalized items, underwear, hosiery, hair accessories, or any item ordered without prior stock, or that is expressly indicated in its product description.
