Shipping, exchanges and returns

Our customers can always pick up their online orders in-store, free of charge, during opening hours. However, if this is not possible, they can choose the home delivery option with our courier service, the conditions of which are detailed below:
COURIER SERVICE
A) DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS:
memiman trusts the reliability of renowned transport companies, such as SEUR, Correos, Correos Express and UPS for our domestic shipments, as these companies have the largest transport networks in Spain, with Correos being the only one with 100% of its own offices and delegations.
DELIVERY TIMES
The usual delivery times are 2 to 3 working days, Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and holidays), always from when the merchandise is ready for shipment, as there may be products that, due to various circumstances, are not immediately available. In this case, the customer will be duly informed.
Express Service (next business day) can also be chosen, under the same conditions as above.
It is very important that the contact details and shipping address are complete and correct, otherwise, the courier company may resend the package with the corresponding surcharge, which we will have to pass on to the customer.
Our shipments always include a tracking number, so that their status and delivery process can be checked at all times on the official websites of the transport companies, which are automatically provided to our customers.
SHIPPING COSTS
– Spain (Peninsula): €4.00 (FREE on orders over €40.00). €12.00 for Express Service (up to 2kg).
– Balearic Islands: €8.00 (FREE on orders over €80.00).
– Ceuta and Melilla: €10.00 (FREE on orders over €100.00).
– Canary Islands: €12.00 (FREE on orders over €120.00). This amount may be increased by import customs clearance costs.
These costs are calculated for standard envelopes and packages up to 2 kg in weight. If, due to the dimensions, weight, destination or special characteristics of the order, a higher transport cost than initially shown applies, memiman will inform the customer before shipping. Any additional cost will require the customer's prior acceptance; if they do not accept, the affected order may be cancelled with a corresponding refund of the amounts paid.
B) INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS:
We also make international shipments to the countries and destinations enabled in our online store, or upon prior confirmation by memiman, assessing the shipping cost in each case, depending on the weight and volume of the package and the modality the customer wants (who can even ask us to insure the merchandise), all according to the destination country.
Customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees or other applicable charges in the destination country or territory, if any and not expressly included in the price shown, will be borne by the recipient.
International shipments are made with UPS (United Parcel Service, Inc.), a transport company of recognized international prestige, with an extensive commercial network covering almost all countries.
We have established standard prices for orders not exceeding 2Kg in weight, in two shipping modalities: UPS Expedited (for less urgent shipments) and UPS Express Saver (for more urgent shipments), which are automatically calculated in the online store's shopping cart when entering the destination address.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
memiman may modify this Shipping Policy when necessary to adapt it to legislative, jurisprudential, technological changes, in the services used or in the operation of the store.
When the changes are relevant, reasonable measures will be taken to inform users when necessary.
